scout louise carmichal was born february 14, 1987 to bradley alexander carmichal & ashleigh louise (davidson) carmichal. her existence in life was always considered a miracle to her parents (an attorney at smith, kessler, marcotte & carmichal based out of new york city, and an eleventh grade english teacher at longport high school), who were told that due to a defect with ashleigh's uterus, they would never be able to have children. the couple had given up all hope when ashleigh had found out, by what she could only consider a miracle from god, that she was pregnant with scout. it set scout up for a life of feeling like she was special, therefore making her into the happy and positive person that she is today. growing up, scout dabbled in many activities, but nothing really tickled her fancy as much as music did. she started taking piano lessons at the age of three and continued all throughout her childhood and up into junior high and high school. she stopped when she was nineteen or so, when she started working full time at her job at the movie theater. the movie theater sort of became half of her existence, having started working there at the age of sixteen, by the time she was twenty-one she was made one of the assistant managers by the manager of the theater. a major break up caused scout to become consumed with her job and the stress of her job caused scout to have a bout of severe depression at the end of the year. it severed a lot of her friendships due to the fact that she basically pushed everyone out but her best friend, dodger. after a month long trip around the country in an rv, scout has returned to longport with a new outlook on life.

• has a maltipoo named cleo who was given to her for her twentieth birthday by her best friend, after years of begging on her part. dodger was never really a fan of animals for the most most, so the fact that not only did dodger let her have the dog, but she actually went out and picked out and bought the dog herself.
• it seems funny that tradition tranfers from mothers down to parents, but growing up scout's mother was best friends with dodger's mother, so it seemed fitting that a year or so after emma chalfont gave birth to a baby girl, her best friend, ashleigh carmichal birthed a child as well. scout was born with a best friend in dodger chalfont, her platonic soulmate. the only person that scout would kill for would be dodger, who she sees as not only her best friend, but her hetero lifemate and sister.
• scout has a twisted sense of humor and she enjoys making people laugh and tends to go out of her way to do so. she will make jokes out of anything and everything and even will stoop to making fun of herself ot get a laugh. she is a happy person and she thinks everyone else should be happy as well.
• sometimes scout has the ambition that she wasnts to start up a band where she can play piano (or guitar) and sing and compose with some other cool people. she aspires to be famous one day, but that is only some days. other days she wants to do something completely different. the band idea always tends to be the one that sticks though.
• she likes: harry potter, dean koontz novels, polaroid pictures (as well as other general photography), a slew of different genres of music, dodger, her piano, her puppy cleo, making fun of twilight, zombies, happiness, adam levine, and chocolate ice cream
• she dislikes: rude people, onions, tomatos, glitter eyeshadow (because of a tragic accident that resulted in a hospital visit), twilight, ignorance and racism
